Employee personal food improperly stored inside of the walk-in cooler.

Hands not washed to prevent contamination from previous task. Employee observed handling raw chicken and then handling utensils, walk-in door handle and produce without washing hands. Hands not washed properly. When prompted the employee rinsed his hands with water without the use of soap.

Food-contact surfaces not cleaned and sanitized. (Knife and peeler soiled.)

Food not clearly marked to indicate the date or day by which the food shall be consumed, sold or discarded. Observed cooked meats and various items without date marks held inside the walk-in cooler for over 24 hours.
